Rv Inspection from the past

During the summer of 2024 I did a pre- purchase rv inspection for a couple that were interested in a 5th wheel that was parked in a seasonal spot in Northern Arizona. This was possibly the shortest inspection I have ever done. It did not take me very long to discover numerous issues regarding the structural integrity of the 5th wheel travel trailer. The owner that was selling the 5th wheel did almost no regular maintenance on the exterior of the travel trailer. None of the sealant on the roof or side walls had been maintained or replaced over the years and it definitely showed. In this first picture you will see that the underside of the slide out has separated and there is Moss growing out of the subfloor for this slide out.

In this picture you will see that there is more separation at the seams of the underside of another slide out. All along this separation there is wood rot in the Subfloor of the slide out.

In the pictures below you'll see one of many examples of the deterioration of the sealant on the roof. Notice the cracks in the sealant.
