Today we go over the first inspection that we ever did. It was completed on November 24th 2020 in beautiful Las Vegas NV. This particular inspection was done at a RV dealership and wasn't without issue.

Our first inspection was on a 2018 Winnebago Mini Winnie 22R. It was a perfect unit to do our first inspection. It was located at a independent dealership called Best Time Rv in Las Vegas, NV.
We were staying in Las Vegas for a couple weeks at the Thousand Trails campground.
This particular RV was a couple years old when we inspected it. It had lived its first couple of years as a rental unit and was being sold by the dealership that also rented RVs.
This particular unit only had a handful of items that needed attention. The main thing, that was the most important, was the fact that the carbon monoxide detector was not functioning. Other than that there were a couple of small issues with the sealant along the front cap of the roof and a small issue with the rubber seal (causing a leak) on the bottom of the kitchen sink.
There were some cosmetic issues that come along with the RV being a rental unit that lived in the desert. There was certainly some fading in the paint as well as a couple of bumps and bruises that come along with renters that were probably inexperienced RV drivers..
All things considered, this was a pretty good RV that needed few minor repairs.
While this inspection was rather uneventful don't let this deter you from getting a RV inspection done on your next purchase. If your in Northern Arizona and need an inspection or service done, give us a call.
